Comic for Friday, February 27, 2004:

New plot starts Monday. Joy of joys! Seriously, though, I'm really excited about it, and word on the street is, so is Ben. Not that the street can really be trusted these days, but you get the idea. Yay! Spinelessness!
If you have any questions about it, feel free to direct them to me, and I will fail to answer them to the best of my abilities. You can also ask Ben, but I'm not sure how he is about "talking" to "people" that he "probably does not know" and whatnot. I can guarantee you that, if you try, the answer you get will be at least 17% more entertaining, however.
And, let's see, time for some plugs of comics everybody needs to read. If you haven't checked it out already from my links page, 8:1 is a lovely, angsty, fantastically-drawn comic. Perhaps a bit too emo for some of us, but at least it's got plenty of "I'm going to sleep" with none of the "women hurt me." And These Days is finally getting started on their plot, and it's got some great potential, and you should check it out, and the main character is the ghost of Ian Curtis, and the art is absolutely incredible.
Finally, since there's no joke in today's strip, you should stop by your local library and pick up a copy of Venus on the Half Shell by, ahem, a mister Kilgore Trout. It's everything you would expect from the master of sci-fi himself!
